In order for your stay to be pleasant and memorable, we ask you to respect the following house rules:

Registration:

Access to our house and apartments is only permitted for registered persons. Any presence of unregistered or unknown persons is strictly prohibited.

Check-in/Check-out:

Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.

Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.

Early check-in or late check-out upon request and availability.

No smoking:

Smoking is prohibited in our apartments. Violators will be fined €500.

Liability:

The guest is liable for any damage caused to the apartments during their stay. We ask you to use the equipment and furnishings responsibly.

Volume:

Please be considerate of other guests and keep the volume down in the public areas and rooms.

Parties prohibited:

Parties are strictly prohibited in our apartments to ensure the peace and well-being of all guests.

Valuables:

Keep valuables safe. We accept no liability for unattended items.

Responsible consumption:

Please use resources sparingly and commit yourself to environmentally friendly behavior.

Cleanliness:

Keep apartments in tidy condition.

Garbage:

Use waste bins in the rooms! Garbage room is located on the ground floor!
